Our range covers both High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) applications, specifically engineered for the 11kV and 0.416kV networks. Every unit is equipped with precision-engineered arcing horns to provide superior protection against atmospheric overvoltage.

• Surface Integrity: Fine-finished porcelain with a smooth, chocolate brown glaze. Gasket surfaces are precision-machined to ensure a 100% leak-proof seal with the transformer tank.
• Advanced Coating Technology:
  • Conductive Parts: All air-exposed conductive materials are coated with an electrolytic tint (6-8 micron thickness) for maximum conductivity and corrosion resistance.
  • Metallic Hardware: Non-conductive metallic parts and SUS studs are zinc-plated (6-8 micron thickness) to withstand harsh outdoor environments.
• Operator Safety: All metallic edges are meticulously smoothed to ensure safety during installation and maintenance.

Multi-Stage Safety Packaging

To guarantee that our products arrive in perfect condition, we utilize a rigorous four-tier packing system:

• Individual Protection: Each bushing is wrapped in high-density polyethylene sheeting.
• Internal Stability: Sets are placed in secondary boxes with internal separators to prevent contact.
• Accessory Management: Fixing hardware is secured in dedicated nylon bags within the primary box.
• Bulk Logistics: All units are consolidated into reinforced large crates on standardized wooden pallets, ensuring maximum mechanical protection during sea and land transit.
